To guarantee the most relaxing spa experience we recommend that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled service. This allows time to update your client profile, change into spa attire and unwind while enjoying refreshments and complimentary wellness services. Arriving late will interfere with your treatment time and may decrease therapeutic benefits. Reservations will end at their scheduled time so as not to delay the next guest. We understand that certain circumstances are unavoidable and may require cancellation. Out of respect for our technician's time we request a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or reservation changes. Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge of 100% of services reserved. Our knowledgeable staff will ensure a relaxing spa experience by recommending and scheduling the ideal treatments for you. To recieve priority booking we suggest that you schedule your next service prior to leaving The Sanctuary. Gratuities are not included in our service prices. Fifteen to twenty percent is customary, however this is only a guideline. Prices will vary with each operator due to experience and demand on their time.
